讲座介绍：

Changes in the world in the last decade：Strengthening of the regional groupings. Formation of new multilateral organizations like SCO and Brics. As China's strengthens and takes on a central role on the world stage. It's relationship with these organizations take on a different form. On a bilateral basis, being the major trading partner of over a hundred and twenty countries means the necessity to reshape bilateral relations as well. In fear of the rising China, the US is creating its own negative narrative against China. How's that to be counted under much more complex circumstances?
